Wisdom Teeth Extraction

wisdom teethWisdom Teeth Extraction

Third molars, or wisdom teeth, typically erupt in early adult years. These "extra" teeth are positioned far back in the mouth and can be difficult to clean, making them problematic for most people. If you have wisdom teeth, our doctors may recommend that they be removed to prevent infection or decay that might affect surrounding teeth.

Consultation Process

As part of your initial consultation with our dentists, we will evaluate your teeth using necessary xrays and oral examination. If you have wisdom teeth, we will offer our recommendations based on your long term ability to maintain these teeth and protect the health of your other teeth. If we advise removal of wisdom teeth, we may coordinate an in-office consultation with one of our surgical specialists who can then schedule services as needed at our facility.

Convenient Services for you and your Family

We offer surgical services at our facility for removal of wisdom teeth and other dental surgery needs.
Our Clinical Team includes three Oral Surgeon specialists.

At Dental Care Center, our specialists also offer Saturday appointments by request to help with your busy schedule.

Sedation Options Available

For your relaxation and comfort during surgical procedures, our practice offers I.V. Sedation and Nitrous Oxide Sedation Services.

Wisdom Teeth can be trouble-makers

It is very common for wisdom teeth to be symptomatic due to decay, inflammation and swelling during eruption, or even oral infections if they are not closely monitored. Please Contact Us to schedule a complete dental examination and stay in control of your oral health.

Our office adheres to strict sterilization procedures that meet or exceed all guidelines for OSHA,
the CDC and the American Dental Association.
